Created for MSU students, Unwind is a monthly series from the MSU Museum that offers a chance to relax, recharge, and reset. From art and music to movement and mindfulness, each event is designed to help you take a well-deserved pause.

Are you finding yourself tossing and turning at night? Feel like you are running on fumes, and the week is only halfway done? Or have you always wanted to try that one fitness class but aren’t sure it is for you? Then this event is for you! Join the MSU Museum at IM Circle, right by the main library, to learn about all the amazing fitness classes available to you as a student! Love to dance? Try out Zumba! Want to unwind and rebalance? Relax with yoga! And when you need a break, make sure to recharge with food and make your own relaxation kit of soaps, aromatherapy satchels, and bath bombs. Get tips for a better night’s sleep, move your body, and nourish yourself on this unforgettable night. Just bring your mat, towel, or blanket and we will take care of the rest!
